Real Madrid and Juventus go head to head at the Millennium Stadium on Saturday in what could be a histrionic Champions League Final.

Zinedine Zidane’s La Liga title winners will become the first ever team to defend the Champions League trophy if they can find a way past Juventus in Wales – but the Italian giants will be no pushovers.

Massimiliano Allegri’s side successfully defended the Serie A title this term despite losing a number of key players last season, and boast a mean defence with Italian icon Gianluigi Buffon captaining the side.

The legendary 39-year-old goalkeeper has yet to win the competition despite a career full of honours, and must keep the likes of Cristiano Ronaldo and Gareth Bale at bay to add the famous trophy to his glittering collection.

Real Madrid will face a football legend in Gianluigi Buffon when the 2017 Champions League Final kicks off in Cardiff next Saturday. Buffon will be fighting to win his first Champions League trophy at age 39 after losing the 2003 and 2015 Final against Milan and FC Barcelona respectively.

Meanwhile, Keylor Navas will be the one in charge of stopping Higuain and Dybala’s efforts upfront. The Costa Rican keeper has improved his form recently as he was very sloppy during the first half of the season. Navas has been one of the main reasons behind Real’s successful run for La Liga title but it’s clear that he is not on Buffon’s level.

Kick-off time: 20:45 CET, 02:45pm EST, Saturday June 3rd.

Venue: Millennium Stadium, Cardiff, Wales, Spain.

Available TV: FOX Sports (USA), BeIN Sports (Spain).

The numbers
Buffon has only conceded 28 goals in 42 matches this season. He kept a clean sheet in 21 of those games —50%—, meaning that Juventus have an impressive defensive line as well. It would be unfair to overlook what Leonardo Bonucci and Giorgio Chiellini bring to the table, but Buffon’s composure and experience are equally as important here. Barcelona’s MSN of Messi, Suarez and Neymar could not score a single goal against Buffon in the Champions League Quarterfinals. He’s 39 years old and his current contract with Juventus expires in 2018.

On the other hand, Keylor Navas picked up the ball from his own net 49 times in 40 matches and kept just seven clean sheets. Those are atrocious numbers for Real Madrid but again, the defensive line should share the blame. Navas is 30 years old and his current deal expires in 2020, although rumors from Spain indicate that he could either leave the Spanish capital or become a reserve next summer if Real Madrid complete the signing of David De Gea.

The reserves
Buffon and Navas will clearly be the ones starting but the backup goalkeeper could be crucial if something happens during the game —see 2002 Champions League Final—.

Neto is Buffon’s replacement and he’s played in 14 matches this season, conceding nine goals and keeping a clean sheet in eight of those games. The Brazilian goalkeeper is a decent backup but he clearly doesn’t have what it takes to replace Buffon once the legend announces his retirement.

Kiko Casilla will be ready to play if coach Zinedine Zidane needs him. He’s played 19 games this season and even managed to really challenge Keylor Navas’ starting spot when the Costa Rican keeper wasn’t playing very well. Some reporters and fans wanted Zidane to trust Casilla more often but Navas never truly lost his starting spot. Casilla conceded 22 goals throughout those 19 matches he played and kept a clean sheet just six times. He completed his best performance against Alaves, when his saves kept Real Madrid’s 1-0 lead until Isco sealed the win by scoring Real’s second goal in the 85th minute. Things could have been different without Casilla’s good performance.

WWE SmackDown 30 may 2017 live stream

It’s Tuesday and you know what that means. Yep, it’s time for our weekly WWE SmackDown Live preview. With Backlash in the rearview mirror and Money In The Bank coming up soon, the blue brand has plenty to keep itself busy over the next few weeks.

Jinder Mahal is the “new normal” Tuesday nights and you can’t stop him. Nor can you even contain “The Maharaja.” In all seriousness, it appears as if we’re in for a long WWE Title run on the Blue Brand. In the short-term, we’re now less than three weeks away from the next SmackDown-only pay per view offering, Money In The Bank. Last week’s show let us know the top matches on the card, a WWE Title rematch between Jinder Mahal and Randy Orton plus a ladder match that is the event’s namesake. Participants will be Shinsuke Nakamura, AJ Styles, Baron Corbin, Sami Zayn, Dolph Ziggler and United States Champion Kevin Owens.

Here are five reasons to watch tonight’s SmackDown Live.

1. A Bunch Of Money In The Bank Stuff

I have a feeling that these six men are going to be paired up in every possible combination and put in all kinds of random tag matches until Money In The Bank on June 18th.

Last week saw Corbin destroy Zayn, and it saw AJ and Shinsuke team up to take on Dolph and US Champion Kevin Owens. We know we are reportedly getting a stacked SmackDown Live on June 13th, where all the rematches from Backlash will take place, but until then, we will probably not see any of these guys in singles bouts. It’ll be all about them fighting amongst themselves until MITB.

2. Return Of The New Day?

Thanks to a Kofi Kingston injury, New Day has been off television since the week after WrestleMania 33. Last week saw SmackDown Tag Team Champions, The Usos, basically end their feud with Breezango. That clears the deck for new contenders, which is where New Day comes in.

Honestly, I feel that this time off will have done New Day some good. They were getting stale as an act, appearing weekly with no real storyline direction. The SmackDown Tag Titles haven’t exactly been front and center in 2017, so here’s hoping an Usos-New Day feud can change that.

With WWE Extreme Rules looming around the corner, the denizens of Monday Night Raw would be eager to consolidate their momentum heading into the event. The Fatal Fiveway match to determine the challenger to Brock Lesnar’s WWE Universal Championship would, of course, dominate the headlines but that’s not to shortchange a number of other storylines that are developing simultaneously.

How will Bayley respond to Alexa Bliss’ vicious attack with a Kendo stick last week? This feud has every marking of shaping up into a bruising encounter at the pay-per-view if their opening salvo was any indication to go by.

And what of Dean Ambrose? Not only did he prevent Miz from using ‘underhanded’ tactics against him, he also returned the favour with a stiff kick to the grapefruits. The Hollywood A-lister is as conniving as they come… rest assured, he won’t let it slide.

And finally, Goldust embraced his dark side by springing his unsuspecting partner R-Truth on last week’s episode. Will he address his actions this week and if so, who’s to say R-Truth won’t be looking for a spot of payback of his own?

For answers to all of this and more, read on as we preview Monday Night Raw!

Dean Ambrose is an unstable personality at the best of times… but when his back is against the wall, he becomes especially dangerous. And by pressing for the ridiculous stipulation that Ambrose will forfeit his Intercontinental Title should he get disqualified at Extreme Rules, The Miz has put him in exactly that position.

Ambrose is a character that revels in chaos and anarchy, and a pay-per-view like Extreme Rules is right up his alleyway.

But The Miz is a cerebral worker, chipping away at one advantage after the other on Ambrose’s side, all the while fortifying his own chances at the same time.

Bayley’s Im-just-happy-to-be-here attitude on Raw has been severely tested at the hands of Alexa Bliss of late. The Raw Women’s Champion has had no qualms whatsoever in adopting any means necessary to glean some measure of advantage over her opponents, even if it means resorting to a weapon like the Kendo Stick to punish Bayley.

Alexa has shown beyond any doubt that there is no depth she won’t sink to and now, the ball is in Bayley’s court.

Cesaro and Sheamus ditched their nice guy personas and popularity with the fans in the blink of an eye so that they may be able to finally get the edge required to overcome the Hardy Boyz.

And it seemed to be working perfectly for them as they survived the Tag Team Turmoil to be re-elected as the number one contenders for the Raw Tag Team Championships. But their upturn in fortunes didn’t last long as Cesaro was yet again defeated by Jeff Hardy in singles competition last week.

This caps the latest setback in a long and fruitless stretch that has seen Cesaro and Sheamus earn several shots at the Hardyz – both in singles and tag team competition – and not even managing to win one.

The challengers are understandably desperate to set right that ignominious record… but the recently returned Hardy Boyz show no signs of slowing down just yet.

Bray Wyatt put an exclamation on last week’s episode of Monday Night Raw by standing tall after laying out both Seth Rollins and Samoa Joe with the Sister Abigail. Will his dominance continue this week in the push to earn a shot at Brock Lesnar at Great Balls of Fire?

In all honesty, however, it’s pretty much impossible to predict what or who will give, considering that all five of the men in the mix are legitimate contenders in their own right and certainly not to be trifled with.

While Rollins and Joe will understandably looking to settle the score with Wyatt, the animosity and loathing between them haven’t been resolved one bit. The same can be said of Finn Balor, who would no doubt be out for revenge after Reigns beat him clean last week.

The interplay between five of these contenders is tantalisingly poised…one wrong move and each one of them risks getting taken out for good even before the Extreme Rules pay-per-view.

Eyes in the back of your heads and full speed ahead, gentlemen.

Cleveland at Golden State NBA live stream

watch Cleveland vs Golden State live match here

We’ve finally arrived.

A third straight NBA Finals showdown between the Golden State Warriors and Cleveland Cavaliers has been the presumed outcome for this NBA season the moment the ball was tipped on opening night. Cleveland ensured fans received their expected result when it dispatched the Boston Celtics 135-102 in the Eastern Conference Finals in Thursday’s Game 5.

The 2013-14 MVP is one of the best players in the league and joined an already loaded Warriors team this past offseason. All he proceeded to do was score 25.1 points and grab 8.3 rebounds per game behind a blistering 53.7 percent shooting clip from the field. He gives the Warriors yet another superstar who can take over a game alongside Stephen Curry, Klay Thompson and Draymond Green.

The star power is one of the primary attractions in this Finals because Cleveland has it in spades as well.

LeBron James is one of the greatest players in NBA history and already demonstrated how incredible he can be on this stage last year when he put the Cavaliers on his back and became the first player in league history to lead all players on both teams in points, rebounds, assists, steals and blocks in the Finals.

While he scored 41 points in each of Game 5 and 6 and then notched a triple-double in Game 7, James wasn’t alone. Running mate Kyrie Irving poured in 41 points in Game 5 and hit the game-winning three in Game 7 at Oracle Arena.

The Cavaliers also have Kevin Love to bring rebounding and stunning outlet passes and a strong supporting cast to counter Golden State’s four-headed All-Star monster.

Revenge will also be a factor after Cleveland ruined the Warriors’ record-setting 73-win season by overcoming that 3-1 deficit.

Warriors owner Joe Lacob already said that “we were the better team…we need a chance to go in there and prove that” when discussing his preference to play Cleveland, per Marcus Thompson II of the Mercury News.

Maybe Golden State was the better team and never recovered from Andrew Bogut’s Game 5 injury and Green’s Game 5 suspension, but the Cavaliers have the hardware. If Cleveland plans on keeping the throne, it needs to figure out a way to take four of seven against a Warriors squad that is 27-1 in its last 28 games.

Real Madrid will defend their UEFA Champions League title against Juventus on Saturday, June 3 at the Principality Stadium in Cardiff, Wales.

The clash of giants was confirmed after the sides eliminated Atletico Madrid and Monaco, respectively, in the last four of the competition.

Los Blancos are aiming for a 12th European Cup title after constant success in recent years.

The Italian champions were in dangerous form as they disposed of the best side in Ligue 1 this term, winning both legs to progress 4-1 on aggregate.

Real knocked out Atletico at the Vicente Calderon Stadium as they collected a 4-2 aggregate win on Wednesday.

Despite being the greatest side in Italy and recent finalists, Juve have often struggled to match the best units in Europe over the years until making a statement in the quarter-finals when they convincingly eliminated Barcelona without conceding a goal in either leg.

Juve have blended Italian defensive steel with wonderful attacking play as Gonzalo Higuain proves himself to be one of the best strikers on the planet.

The former Galactico has been in electric form this season, scoring five goals in 11 Champions League appearances in the countdown to Cardifff, according to

Real’s form is unrivalled in Europe’s biggest competition, and Los Blancos continue to be the benchmark all teams are measured by.

Cristiano Ronaldo continues to lead from the front for coach Zinedine Zidane, having scored 10 goals in only 12 Champions League games, per

Real will be seeking a double as they chase the La Liga crown alongside the Champions League, but Juve are worthy opponents on current form and also chasing a trophy double.

The Italians’ defeats of Barca and Monaco proved they can close down attacking forces while being ruthless in the final third, and Real will be highly aware of their threat.

The presence of Higuain could create space for Paulo Dybala to shine, and the diminutive hitman has been waiting for a huge stage to prove his world-class potential.

Madrid will be many football fans’ favourites as June 3 approaches, but Juve have the quality and depth to cause a major shock in the showpiece final in Wales.

There will be an intriguing boxing card down in Merida Yucatan, Mexico, this Saturday as FITE TV will stream the action live on Internet pay-per-view. Headlining the “Brave Warriors in Action” marquee will be Manuel Ceballos (12-1, 8 KOs) taking on Cesar Hernan Reynoso (14-8-4, 7 KOs) for a regional super middleweight title over 10 rounds.

However, multiple-time kickboxing world champion Tyrone Spong will be in action as well. The lethal striker will put his unblemished professional boxing record on the line as he takes on Juan Carlos Salas (6-11, 4 KOs) in a featured heavyweight attraction. Spong (8-0, 8 KOs) has looked right at home without using his feet as weapons and he hopes to continue to climb the ladder up the heavyweight ranks with another win.

Spong has captured kickboxing titles for It’s Showtime, WFCA, SLAMM, WKN and several others while compiling an excellent 74-7-1 record with 46 knockouts. The Dutch-Surinamese bomber has also tied his hand at mixed martial arts, where he currently rests at 2-0.

Also set for the bill is a 168-pound battle between Romar Alexis Angulo (21-0, 18 KOs) and Rolando Mansilla (13-3-1, 5 KOs) while Elias Espadas (14-3, 9 KOs) will take on Michelle Rosales (34-12, 27 KOs) at middleweight.
